Warranty Policy
Our Warranty policy for 3D printed products is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer a refund replacement for defective products. Please note that custom orders may have different return conditions, so free to reach out for details.
Cancelation Policy
Our cancellation policy for 3D printing services allows you to cancel your within 12 hours of it for a full refund if it has not been started. If you cancel after this period, a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of production.
